This workshop introduces researchers to the opportunities offered by COST Actions. Participants will learn how to get involved in existing Actions, take part in networking activities, training schools, short-term scientific missions (STSMs), and working groups, and how COST participation can support their research profile and career development. The session focuses on practical tips, real examples, and pathways for researchers.
