The FBI auditorium is mainly used for the implementation of accredited study programs, including lifelong learning programs, and in connection with this for scientific, research, development and innovation or other creative activities. In connection with the fulfillment of their basic task, they can also be used for related additional activities.

Organizationally, the operation of the auditorium is subordinated to the Vice-Dean for Science and Research.

The operation of laboratories and computer technology ensures the management of the auditorium.

Description:

The auditorium is equipped for 208 listeners, including two seats for people with disabilities. Computer technology, audiovisual technology and auditorium lighting can be controlled via a special control system after entering the password on the panel built into the department. The lecturer may not operate the system in the lecture hall without training by the faculty administrator.

USE ACCORDING TO PRIORITIES:

  1. scheduled teaching
  2. other teaching
  3. training and seminars for FBI staff requiring a PC classroom
  4. independent work of students (in agreement with the head of PLVT)
  5. additional activity

REZERVACE

The reservation of the lecture hall outside the scheduled classes can be made only in the form of an application sent to e-mail::

Request must including :

  • date of reservation
  • time of reservation
  • purpose of reservation

Troubleshooting:

Each detected fault on the auditorium equipment must be entered in the university HelpDesk system : https://idesk.vsb.cz in the FBI faculty section.
