Intensive Safety Week 2026

May 4 – 8, 2026 in Ostrava

We are pleased to invite our international partners to the second edition of the Intensive Safety Week, organized by our Faculty of Safety Engineering and taking place from May 4 – 8, 2026.

Throughout the week, you can look forward to a diverse program of expert lectures delivered by distinguished representatives from universities in Canada, Kosovo, Portugal, Poland, and Mexico.

About the event:

Intensive Safety Week creates opportunities for meaningful connections between students, academics, and international researchers, while offering engaging insights into topics such as process safety, crisis management, wildfire management, and occupational health and safety.

In addition to the academic program, we would be delighted to introduce you to our region, local culture, and the facilities of our university, including guided visits to our laboratories.

Monday 4th May
