- 2:00–3:00 p.m. Petr Lexa Přendík: Ostrava and the events of November 1989 (photo presentation)
- 3:20 p.m. Group departure from Poruba to the city center by Ostrava double-decker bus
- 4:45 p.m. Start of the program at the memorial plaque on Masaryk Square, start of the parade (route: Masaryk Square, M. Sýkora Bridge, Regional Court, Bráfova Street, Masaryk Square)
- 5:45–6:00 p.m. Transfer and start of the side program (speeches by representatives of the District Office, VSB-TUO, the City of Ostrava, and the MOaP district, national anthem)
- 6:30–7:30 p.m. Concert by the band Heblo

- 6:45 p.m. Ostrava November ’89: Discussion with projection (in Centrum Pant with cooperation with Paměť národa)
